Billing & Insurance

We accept most insurance plans that cover acupuncture out of network—if you're unsure of your benefits, we're happy to check them for you. Use this form to let us know your insurance information. For new patients with insurance coverage, please provide your information at least one business day prior to your first appointment, so we can confirm your benefits ahead of time.

If you do not have insurance coverage for acupuncture, please contact us for current rates. Please note, GHI, Medicare, and Medicaid do not cover acupuncture.

We accept credit cards, personal checks, and electronic options (PayPal, Venmo, Chase QuickPay by Zelle) as payment.

We offer both basic acupuncture treatments and deluxe full Japanese-style sessions. (These appointments are slightly longer, involve more hands-on care, and can be done without needles for folks who prefer a more bodywork-type session.) All appointments include an optional herbal consultation. However the cost of the herbs themselves is separate, payable directly to the dispensary.

Our office is open Monday through Friday, by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule or for more information.

Please note: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, otherwise you will be charged the full fee. This policy is necessary because we don't "double-book." It insures you will be seen promptly and have plenty of time with your practitioner.Thank you for your understanding.
