Billing & Insurance
We accept most insurance plans that cover acupuncture out of network—and if you're unsure of your benefits, we're happy to check them for you. For new patients with insurance coverage, please provide your information at least one business day prior to your first appointment, so we can confirm your benefits ahead of time. You can use this form to let us know your insurance information.
Please note, GHI, Medicare, and Medicaid do not cover acupuncture; Oscar only covers acupuncture in network; 1199 only covers acupuncture if performed by a physician. So we are unfortunately unable to work with any of those plans.
If you do not have insurance coverage for acupuncture, please contact us for current rates. We accept credit cards, personal checks, and electronic options (PayPal, Venmo, Chase QuickPay by Zelle) as payment.
We offer both basic acupuncture treatments and deluxe full Japanese-style sessions. These appointments are slightly longer, involve more hands-on care, and can be done without needles for those who prefer a more bodywork-type session. All appointments include an optional herbal consultation. However the cost of the herbs themselves is separate, payable directly to the dispensary.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule or for more information.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, otherwise you will be charged the full fee. This policy is necessary because we don't "double-book." It insures you will be seen promptly and have plenty of time with your practitioner.
